BISMARCK, N.D. – Over the last few years, the City of Bismarck has been focusing on growth and development. That’s why city officials have created this special tool designed to make it easier to do just that.
The city compiled its data to create a “Vacant Properties Inventory.”
This map shows vacant lots within the city that can potentially be redeveloped or developed in the future.
“It’s a way for people who are interested in any possible construction projects inside of the city limits to kind of look at the opportunities that are out there,” said Daniel Nairn, Bismarck City planner.
The map can be filtered by size, zone and what services the parcel comes with.
The map is updated every month to change along with the city.
