TEMECULA, CA — A 102,320-square-foot warehouse in Temecula that’s currently leased by Walmart has been sold for $9.4 million, it was announced last week.
Located at 40761 County Center Drive on a 5-acre lot, the warehouse will continue to be leased by the big-box retailer for the next three years, according to a report from Commercial Property Executive.
Avison Young represented both the buyer, Kiwi II Construction, and the seller, Hill Properties.
The property, which was developed in 1988, last sold in 2015 when Channel Commercial sold it to Hill for $7.4 million, according to the report.
