Volunteer firefighters on the scene west of Wabigoon. (Submitted)Oxdrift Volunteer Fire Department responded to a trailer fire this morning at 5:30 a.m., and they quickly had the fire under control. Within an hour, members were able to save three-quarters of the cargo onboard.
Icy road conditions on the Trans-Canada contributed to tricky driving overnight, as two tractor trailer units hit the ditch near Little Joe Lake.
