OAKBROOK TERRACE — Cawley Chicago recently arranged the sale of a 34,984 square foot warehouse for an undisclosed price.
Formerly known as Naperville Gymnastics, the facility at 800 Enterprise Court in Naperville sits on a 7.53 acre site and offers over 4 acres of fenced yard, 18′ clear heights, two interior docks, one grade level door and +/- 12,500 square feet of office/showroom/locker room.

“This rare but functional building on a large land site was a unique transaction that had no shortage of purchase candidates. The buyer plans to fully renovate the existing facility and improve the additional land to use for its constructions equipment rental business” said Brennan.
