Duluth – Traffic had to be diverted after a logging truck spilled its load on the ramp from southbound Highway 53 to Southbound Highway 35 in the area known as the ‘Can of Worms’ in Duluth. The incident happened around 4:15 PM on Tuesday afternoon.
