Built in 1852, the stone masonry structure at the former Wanko Farm site at 614 W. 27th St. has sat unused since the township bought the 12-acre parcel from the estate of Mary Ann Nagle for $270,000 in 2015 in order to link it to two swaths of land and create more than 80 acres of park space.
