(“Intema” or the “Corporation”) (TSXV: ITM, OTCMKTS: ITMZF), maker of eFlyerMaker.com, an email platform with extensive compliance and content creation suites, announced today its intent to extend by one (1) year, the 15,000,000 warrants of the Corporation with an exercise price of $0.10 per share and an expiry date of March 29, 2020.
Subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange, each of these warrants will entitle the holder to subscribe for one common share of Intema, at an exercise price of $0.10 per share, until March 29, 2021.
The Corporation also announces the resignation of Richard Tremblay and Réal Desjardins from the Board of Directors of the Corporation effective immediately. Intema’s Board of Directors wishes them all the best in their future endeavours and expects to name their replacements in the near future.
