Tata Consultancy Services Completes the First SAP S/4HANA Implementation in the Philippines

(ALI), by migrating its operations to SAP S/4HANA, in the first such implementation in the Philippines.
ALI is a large sustainable estates developer that offers a diverse mix of properties such as residential, retail, office, hotels, and leisure developments. The company was looking to deploy a quick and responsive finance platform that would cater to a larger user base across all its diverse subsidiaries and support its future growth. ALI partnered with TCS to simplify business operations and accelerate its cloud-led digital transformation journey.
TCS’ in-depth understanding of business processes and SAP S/4HANA capabilities helped the real estate company accelerate time-to-market and achieve the scalability needed to meet its business goals. This business transformation initiative laid a strong foundation for ALI to bring subsidiaries onto a common platform for integrated business operations.
