Two Phoenix companies are expanding in North Texas with a new business park in Haltom City northeast of Fort Worth.
Developer Creation Real Estate and LGE Design Build are breaking ground this week on the four-building, 1 million square-foot industrial project at 820 Exchange in Haltom City.
Called 820 Exchange, the warehouse and distribution center is being built just north of Airport Freeway.
LGE Design Build is the general contractor for the project. Stream Realty is marketing the buildings to tenants.
All four buildings are being constructed in a single phase.
“We strive to be on the cutting edge of technology, project delivery and design,” LGE’s David Sellers said in a statement. “Starting with our first meetings at Haltom City, we knew this team of city professionals were here to help us process this project as fast as possible.
“The entire design and city approval process was accomplished in less than seven months.”
LGE Design Build has been in business for more than 26 years and has done more than 20 million square feet of projects.
Developer Creation Real Estate is an investment and real estate development firm that has done projects in Arizona, California and two small retail building redevelopments in Dallas’ Deep Ellum district and in Fort Worth.
