Houston-based Levey Group is offering free use at one of its warehouse spaces at West Little York and Bingle Road in northwest Houston for nonprofit organizations, first responders, medical organizations or government agencies involved in caring for those impacted by COVID-19.
The space, which can accommodate uses from 6,000 to 36,000 square feet, is being offered for up to 18 months in business parks developed by Levey Group within the last five years.
“Offering free rent to organizations helping others during these uncertain times feels right,” Levey Group Chief Operating Officer Gary Greenberg said in an announcement. “Whether an organization needs the space for two, six or 18 months, as long it cares for those impacted by COVID-19, their use of up to 36,000 square feet is rent-free.”

Potential uses include storing and distributing supplies such as personal protection equipment, bottled water and nonperishable foods, according to Levey Group. The space is also available for nonprofit organizations or government agencies dedicated to manufacturing masks and other supplies.
