The North Shore is home to many of Pittsburgh’s biggest attractions — Heinz Field, Rivers Casino, PNC Park, Carnegie Science Center, Stage AE — yet it’s almost entirely free of residents who can easily walk to them.
That could change soon with the construction of a new condominium project dubbed Eleven06.
Reedsdale Associates LLC is turning a North Shore warehouse on Reedsdale Street into 38 condos, ranging in price from $200,000 to more than $900,000. The five-story building will feature one, two and three-bedroom units, in sizes from 500 to 1,700 square feet.
“We began pre-sales on the project in late October and are thrilled with how well it is being received, says Matt Gilley, vice president of new construction with Piatt Sotheby’s International Realty. “We expect to be sold out by early 2021.”
Pre-sales began in October, and the project is 30% sold. It’s estimated that construction will finish this year, and residents will move in by early 2021.

Amenities will include rooftop space, a private gym, a dog park, a four-season room, outdoor communal space and on-site parking.
The property is located between Heinz Field and Rivers Casino. Sure, they’re not the quietest neighbors, but they can be fun. There may be other neighbors soon, too. Continental Real Estate is planning a mixed-use building with up to 49 condominiums closer to PNC Park.
