A cargo agent from RPA Group Limited facing corruption charges has been bailed.
Jotish Prasad appeared before the Suva Magistrates Court today.
It is alleged that between 1st to the 25th November in Suva, without lawful authority or reasonable excuse Prasad solicited an advantage of $500 from Narsey’s Plastic Limited.

It is also alleged that he received the money as a reward to waive a claimed fine of $6,000 imposed on the missing container seal by the Bio-Security Authority of Fiji during an inspection at Narsey’s Plastic Limited.
The case will be recalled on January 27th.
