A specialist cricket equipment provider has leased a warehouse in Colsterworth.
Durant Cricket has signed a three-year lease for 4,000 sq ft at at Twyford Park on Honeypot Lane Industrial Estate.
Director Cristian Durant said: “The extra space we have gained from the move has allowed us to increase stock levels on all of our products and also increase efficiencies in the manufacturing of our electronic cricket scoreboards.”
CRWP (Honeypot) Ltd, advised jointly by Savills and Lambert Smith Hampton, let the warehouse which was marketed at a quoting rent of £18,000 per annum.
William Rose, a director in the business space team at Savills Peterborough, said: “The unit at Twyford Park provides secure warehouse accommodation in a well-established industrial location with good access to the A1.
“The property’s strong credentials made has it the ideal place for Durant Cricket as it continues its expansion.”
