Due to their vast amounts of success, they are looking to expand further and are on the lookout to invest in and develop an ambitious indirect procurement professional keen to take the lead on the bidding process and the development of wider business as a whole.
The FM Procurement Development Manager role will involve:
- Leading negotiation and bid process, deploying your expert negotiation skills to influence clients and suppliers to establish further business
- Designing and implementing the overall plans and strategies for the FM procurement team, ensuring the terms are realistic and achievable, to then be executed and integrated into the client’s wider business
- Operating in a dynamic and challenging work environment, with minimal direct management, being the sole person responsible for the design of the procurement operations for a broad range of clients
The FM Procurement Development Manager required background:
- Prior involvement with the procurement and implementation of TFM contracts
- Experience with the bidding process would certainly be beneficial
- Vast experience with FM Procurement, with a focus upon soft subcategories including but not limited to: Waste Management, Security Services, and Cleaning Services
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Relevant bachelor’s degree with a 2:1 grade or above
