Scania is a leading Swedish provider of transportation solutions, particularly for buses, trucks and heavy transport applications. The company strives to shift the transport industry towards sustainability to create better mobility for businesses, society and the environment.
As part of its strategy, Scania’s transportation management processes need a revamp to be more agile, with smarter strategies, to reduce waste and resource consumption. JDA Software was selected by Scania due to the company’s commitments to driving sustainable supply chain practices.

With JDA Software’s solution, Scania will be able to manage all global outbound transports from production units and body shops, in addition to managing end-to-end outbound logistics process.
