CHATTANOOGA, Tenn.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Jan 30, 2020–

Kenco Logistics, North America’s leading third-party logistics provider, announced the addition of Dan Coll as Vice President, E-commerce Fulfillment. Coll will lead the expansion of Kenco’s e-commerce service offering, a strategic initiative designed to support the company’s rapid growth and diversification of its core offerings to align with the needs of today’s omni-channel supply chain customer. Kenco’s technology-enabled suite of supply chain solutions includes a network of over 90 distribution facilities, end-to-end transportation services and an internal innovation lab, all of which will support the rapid expansion into the e-commerce supply chain.

“Dan’s expertise in e-commerce and proven track record make him an excellent addition to our executive team as we expand our capabilities in the omni-fulfillment space,” said Denis Reilly, President & CEO, Kenco Logistics. “Mid-size companies have long been underserved as they have outgrown past practices and internal resources. With this latest offering, Kenco has the expertise, infrastructure and agility to meet the needs of these entrepreneurs as their businesses evolve.”

Kenco’s e-commerce supply chain solutions will cater to the rapid growth of digital native brands, mid-sized online retailers and large manufacturers. Kenco will also embrace strategic partnerships with platforms, sales channels and marketplaces that seek 3PL support.

“These are extremely exciting times and we at Kenco look forward to serving our customers with great execution and robust technology that enables growth online, offline, domestically and internationally. We will work tirelessly to exceed our customers’ and their customers’ expectations – every day, every order and every interaction,” said Coll. “The Kenco story has such a rich history with customer-centric principles that I know will be appreciated by today’s e-commerce supply chain customer.”

Coll’s e-commerce supply chain experience spans 20 years. He is known for his unwavering commitment to deliver exceptional service and value to his customers. His most recent role was leading the strategy, execution and launch of FedEx Fulfillment, the newly introduced eCommerce fulfillment initiative for FedEx. Prior to joining FedEx Supply Chain (via the GENCO acquisition), Coll was the founder and President of Rapid Fulfillment, a supply chain company that delivered eCommerce fulfillment solutions for emerging brands and the Fortune 100. He studied business with a concentration in marketing at the University of Pittsburgh and the American College of Dublin in Ireland.
