Sales

Dunhill Partners sold Little Elm Towne Crossing, a 150,0007-square-foot shopping center at 2700 E Eldorado Pkwy. in Little Elm. Anchored by Hobby Lobby, shopping center was built in 2007 and is 95% leased. The sale to an investor was brokered by Aaron Johnson, Barry Brown, Chris Gerard, Ryan Shore and Adam Roosien of JLL.

An investor has purchased the Ashley Furniture warehouse, a 213,630-square foot industrial property located at 502 Fountain Parkway in Grand Prairie. The building was constructed in 1979 and renovated in 1995. Adam Abushagur with Marcus & Millichap brokered the sale.

H&B Development acquired a 25,000-square-foot office and warehouse building at 13840 Denton Drive in Dallas. Will Dillard of Wells Commercial and Rich Young Jr. of Rich Young Co. brokered the sale.

An investor purchased a 13,538-square-foot office/warehouse at 4001-09 Lindbergh Drive in Addison. The sale was negotiated by Rich Young Jr. of Rich Young Co.

Leases

Waterlogic, a global leader in purified bottle-less water dispensers, leased 111,012 square feet of industrial space for its first light manufacturing and distribution center in North Texas. Waterlogic’s new location is in the Prologis Freeport Corporate Center at 9250 North Royal Lane in Irving. JLL’s Caleb McCoy and Matt Bracco negotiated the lease with Prologis’ Michael Flowers.

Link Design Solutions leased in 41,947 square feet of industrial space at 2007 Royal Lane in Dallas. The lease was negotiated by Stream Realty and Rich Young Jr. of Rich Young Co.

Fencing Institute of Texas leased 20,000 square feet of office/tech space at 1000 W. Crosby. The lease was handled by Rich Young Jr. and Andy Folmer of Rich Young Co.

Ying Yang Ayaia leased 11,150 square feet of office space at 4103-B Lindbergh Drive in Addison from Gardenbrook Industrial LLC. Brian Pafford and Susan Singer of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services negotiated the lease with Shenglin Joy Selinger of Guo Realty.

BHP Direct LLC leased 6,612 square feet at 1355 N. Glenville Drive in Richardson. Josh Barnes and Ben Wallace of Holt Lunsford Commercial negotiated the lease with Brent Pennington with Metroport Commercial Realty.

Mission Central leased 6,500 square feet of retail space at 742 E. Pipeline Road in Hurst. Jake Burns of Structure Commercial negotiated the lease.

APS Fire Co. signed a lease for 5,790 square feet of office/tech space at 13615 Welch in Farmers Branch. The lease was negotiated by Hope Realty and Rich Young Jr. of Rich Young Co.

Midwest Mortgage Associates Corp leased a 5,624-square-foot office building at 16175 Addison Road in Addison. Lease negotiations were handled by Ryan Buchannan of CBRE and Rich Young Jr. of Rich Young Co.

Mainstream Business Solutions leased 5,429 square feet of office/warehouse space at 1525 Capital in Carrollton. Lease negotiations were handled by Corbin Blount of Lee and Associates and Garrett Goldstein and Rich Young Jr. of Rich Young Co.

EZURS.com Inc. leased 5,242 square feet of office space at 2435 N. Central Expressway in Richardson. Kent Smith with NAI Robert Lynn negotiated the lease with Daryl Mullin of JLL.

Impact ChiroSport leased 1,971 square feet of retail space in Lost Creek Village at 1546 E. Stacy Road in Allen. Dan Avnery and Stewart Korte with NAI Robert Lynn negotiated the lease.

Shear Madness Haircuts for Kids leased 1,463 square feet of retail space in Stonebrook Square II at 2772 Stonebrook Parkway in Frisco. Maggie Hansen and Michelle Caplan negotiated the lease with Dan Avnery and Stewart Korte of NAI Robert Lynn.
