The Board of Directors of Park-Ohio Holdings Corp. (NASDAQ: PKOH) has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.125 per share on the common stock outstanding, to be paid on February 28, 2020, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on February 14, 2020.
