PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST – CORPORATE SERVICES – WEST LONDON – GLOBAL TECH FIRM – £35-45K + PACKAGE
This global technology major has recently gone through a huge transformation, creating a new, best-in-class procurement function operating out of their global HQ in West London. Operating over 30 countries already, my client is on their way to becoming the leading platform of their kind, with preparation in place for further expansion.
As a result of the transformation my client has a newly created position within their corporate services category, looking after a £80m+ spend across professional services, finance, legal, etc. The procurement specialist will be given the opportunity to develop and implement procurement strategies and will truly be on the forefront of innovation. With accelerated progression plans in place, you can expect to develop to a category manager within 18 months.
PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST – CORPORATE SERVICES PROFILE:
- Managing the end to end procurement processes, including strategic sourcing and contract management
- Designing and implementing category strategy across the full spectrum of corporate services, including legal, finance, HR, travel and wider indirects
- Working with a senior stakeholder group, demonstrating your key influencing skills and the value of procurement across the team.
PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST – CORPORATE SERVICES REQUIREMENTS:
- At least one years’ procurement experience across indirect services, including but not limited to HR, legal, finance, marketing, IT etc.
- Strong understanding of the full end to end procurement process
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
