In a lawsuit filed Nov. 19, supervisors are seeking to have the zoning variance for AmeriCold, a temperature-controlled storage warehouse at 7150 Ambassador Drive, overturned. The 266,850-square-foot warehouse was granted approval on Sept. 11 to increase its height from 45 feet to 135 feet as part of a planned addition. The changes would add 650,000 square feet to the facility.
