PEORIA (WEEK) – Development in the Warehouse District continues with plans for multi-story buildings with residential units and commercial space.
Developer Casey Baldovin closed on the purchase of the Federal Building and Mitchel Fabrics Building at 800 and 810 Southwest Adams, right across from Zion Coffee Bar.
Pre-leasing for these upcoming commercial and apartment space begins soon, according to a press release from the Downtown Development Corporation.
Also announced were properties that the DDC purchased from WTC Investments, LLC., specifically 726, 800 and 810 Southwest Adams and 807 Southwest Washington.
“This development will be an anchor of our retail district,” according to the release. “The size and location of the buildings will yield a massive redevelopment for the city.”
